I think he came out and said the arena situation influenced his decision. He would very likely sign once the franchises stability is secure. Working with that assumption there’s no reason for the coyotes to trade hum but I understand where you are coming from.
Hard to tell at this point, but Cooley probably turns out as good as, if not better than, Eiserman or Celebrini. So it’s probably a slam dunk “no” from Arizona.
