my rational (and please lmk if im way off base) was that with the comments made after the season perhaps there's some unrest in the dressing room. you move orielly because hes on a big contract and need to sign Reinhart and Eichel soon. Nuge is closer to the age group of the core and in coming off a year with a career low shooting percentage you buy lo and get a 1st rounder as well

In my opinion, you might need to add to the nuge trade, and you could probably get more for ebs
