Are they done? Not necessarily. Prior to the shutdown last year, they were first in the West. They suffered a ton of injuries this year and last.
I do think the window is closing fast as this team isn't the same as the one who won the Cup. I think a retool is needed similarly that Boston made in 2015-2016.

And Jarmo would be dead in the water. Jones, while good, has only had one spectacular season. One year of him where he already said he's going to test the market is not a good way to get a top 6 center.
