Playoffs

On a quik scan:
* 21 players? - Vancouver's travel nightmare alone tells me they need the full 23 NHLer squad.
* Overpay for N. Try
* JV and AG deals look good
* Don't think JM will sign for 1Y and become UFA at 31yrs (injury risk alone probably nix's that deal) - interested to hear your rationale tho?
* TT - OK
* The trade is interesting:
- Philly is playing well so they may keep M Nisk and I doubt the 2nd to VAN will be realized. Sutter is kinda redundant in PHI (Laughton-Nolan) and likely too expensive cap-wise w/-out some retention by VAN. If Stetcher can assure PHI he'll re-up with them then it's looking like a good trade starting point (however PHI is as D-man deep as they come). I have no clue personally on GAD's resume/upside-ceiling as a prospect (his AHL numbers look 3rd-4th liner potential in the show)?
* Sven B., at best, gets a 6th/7th rounder - he's pricey, will be 28 yrs old next season and is buried in the minors. Honestly, his next pro-gig is likely the KHL!
