Lol. Stop with these non sense overpay for the first overall pick. Laffy is a late birthday winger (who's still amazing). His value isn't far away from the others top 5 guys.

He's head and shoulders above the top 5 or 6, only Byfield is close to him and there's still obvious separation. Anyone who has the #1 pick will not give that up this year as this is once in a generation chance to draft a generational talent not seen since McDavid. Laffy may not be McDavid but there's nobody as close to McDavid as him in recent memory.

Why even propose a trade like that? Suzuki isn't available and Bergevin won't trade three first round picks for Lafreniere. Just stop.
