28 and Robertson works for Laughton. To take back Murray I would want a future 2nd or a prospect in the 6-10 range in the Leafs system. Someone like Moldenhaur, Hirvonen, Voit.

Hart has proven nothing and could be good but UPL could be better then Hart. Both 2nd rd picks. Joki was a 1st rd pick and has lot of upside.
I don’t think it is horrendous but Sabres may have to add a mid pick or another prospect</div></div>

Even if that representation of the situation was accurate (it's not, trades can be fluid and people routinely misread or misunderstand these tweets), none of that explains how Dean suddenly gets added in for some bizarre reason. Not happening.</div></div>
You are wrong with your first comment. I have better things to do than make up BS and argue with someone about it. I saw reports that said Laughton was also in the deal and 25 and 29 were included, and I saw another report tbat said Hayes, Sanheim for Krug (who gets flipped) a first, and prospect. If you choose not to believe me you are welcome.

Rosen, the future 1st, and 2nd is barely enough for Konecny. We arent trading Hart for two spare parts. Horrendous.

I wouldnt be shocked if this ends up being a lot of hype and BS and ultimately the deal is Hayes at 50% for 29 and Krug, and then Flyers retain on Krug and flip him for a 2nd or 3rd.

This is my point exactly. You have a bunch of people just making BS up or pawning off speculation as fact when nobody knows what the final deal is. Briere and Armstrong probably dont even know every exact deal right now otherwise the deal would be official.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mokumboi</b></div><div>Well, on top of what the reports are saying, where Dean has never once been mentioned, it makes no sense for the Blues to trade Dean in an overpay. But actually, I wasn't saying definitely as in this is an established fact. I was saying it as in hey dude, you definitely need to take him out of the deal.
Where are these "some reports"? I've seen exactly nothing that says any of what you claim to have seen or heard. The latest report says Sanheim may not even be part of the deal, so I have no idea where you got the idea two STL 1sts or a 1st AND an A- prospect were ever in play.</div></div>
Sadly I have glued to my phone since the initial tweet from Strickland hit this afternoon. Between him and Rutherford for the Blues and Sanfilippo and Di Marco for the Flyers the beat guys were tweeting new stuff every 15 mins or so for a while with several different names, picks, prospects.

My new Thought on the Trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>jwg314</b></div><div>Why do you guys keep adding more unnecessary pieces to the trade? It’s pretty straightforward what the deal has become, it’s just not finalized because Krug doesn’t want to go to Philly. They can have Brown because we’re not keeping him, but Dean Sanorukov and the 2nd shouldn’t be added. Also, they’re retaining more than that on Hayes.</div></div>
There is nothing straight forward about the deal other than Hayes, Sanheim, a first from St. Louis and Krug needing to get sent to a 3rd team. Multiple players beside them were brought up. Sone reports said two first from St. Louis, some said a first and prospect, etc. Until the deal is finalized and reported in full without a bunch of speculation its impossible to say the deal is a relative known.

STLPHI trade almost confirmed
There have been so many different reports throughout the day that I think most "insiders" just took something and ran with a bunch of BS. I bet when all is said and done it will be a 3 team deal with a few other picks/prospects coming and gone. Also, a 32 year old Krug to Philly never made any sense so NTC or not I always thought this would be a 3 team deal before the reports that Krug was holding up the deal. I think people jumped the gun before the deal was done and pivoted to this narrative.

Playoffs or bust
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>badoob</b></div><div>Brierre is going to be kicking rocks when he realises that "first for Laughton" deal was a once in a lifetime overpayment for a 3rd liner that likely doesn't get offered again.
One of the picks involved here is the 15thOA. This is a fine payment for Konecny. Flyers fans need to come down to Earth.</div></div>
I'm going to tell you the same thing I tell everyone who just runs their mouth without considering any facts, do your homework.
Kevin Fiala just went for a true A level prospect in Brock Faber and the 19th overall pick. He was also a RFA who didn't re-sign in Minnesota and was being actively shopped. The Flyers don't need to trade Konecny and aren't selling players for pennies on the dollar just because they are rebuilding. Konecny goes for a similar deal that Fiala trade AT MINIMUM or they keep him for now. So if you honestly think 15 is going to be enough to get Konecny you are 100% wrong. 15 and a future 1st is not even as good as what Minnesota got for Fiala.
As for Laughton, you were wrong before you even started running your mouth. Fletcher was offered a first at the deadline two years ago and turned it down to re-sign Laughton. So the Flyers have been offered a first or a first plus for Laughton on more than one occassion. So your once in a lifetime hyperbole crap is factually incorrect. Second, and this is where you really need to do some research and quit exposing yourself for being a fake NHL fan, players as good, slightly better, or even slightly worse than Laughton go for a 1st round pick and more all of the time. Quite often they are even pending UFA's and end up being rentals where as anyone trading for Laughton is getting him for three years at a fair price.
So, to summarize all of the real information I just put out there, you are factually incorrect, have zero clue what you are talking about when it comes to the Flyers, and your offer is total junk that Briere would never accept. Have a nice day.

TK is easily worth the two firsts himself.
The Flyers turned down an offer of a 2023 first and future 2nd for Laughton. They aren't trading him for a cap dump, bust prospect, and C level prospect.
So yes, you threw a bunch of "stuff" into the deal in an attempt to make it look better than it actually is which is a flat out bad offer.

Yep, or my personal favorite which is where people think because the Flyers are rebuilding they will sell everyone for pennies on the dollar even though Briere has consistently said he won't do that and got a haul back for Provorov is the one trade he did make.

Nobody is untouchable for the Flyers other than Gauthier. HOWEVER, Tippett is probably next up on the list of people the Flyers aren't trading along with York and Foerster. As much as everyone loves TK (myself included) we might have found ourselves a bigger, faster, better version of TK who is also two years younger in Tippett. Imagine thinking a 2nd and 2nd two years down the line is enough for him. Stupid is as stupid does I guess.

Yeah that's a no for me dog. Boucher is looking like a massive bust. Mandolese is an ECHL goalie at this point who wouldn't be a top 3 goalie prospect in our system. We could EASILY get a 2023 first and better prospect than Thomson, and more. Not even close.
