No way MB would retain $2 million on Price for the next 8 years, That would be like a 4 year buy out and could hurt them trying to resign RFA's or even their UFA's.

One of the worse reasons I hear regularly. OK. 24m off the books. How many positions have to filled. An 8.5m and 10.5m. for Price and Tavares is 19m. That leaves 5m. for how many positions.? Off the top of my head, I know DeHaan and Bailey are UFAs. Maybe some RFAs get raises. That 24m is gone and more. I'll revert to my statement....Don't how the Isle could ever hope to sign Tavares with 8.5m Price.

Well, the general manager of the the Isles is not the sharpest pencil in the box. That's what I'm counting on
