Some players who play great in the khl and international hockey, can't adjust to the North America game. If they younger they can, Like Panarin or Zaitsev. But older players cant. I think that is why he was demoted to the AHL, and now he wants out of NA.

apparently the demotion of shipachyov and thedore was just roster move because the vegas was carrying too many defensemen on their roster. shipacheyov actually is still in vegas. i don't know why mcfee just doesn't waive a few those defensemen and call theodore and shipacheyov to the nhl.
