Description
Ideally Nuge would centre the 1st line while Mcdavid is sheltered on the second. But for fantasy sake, and just an idea on some trade options, I've gone with trading him and retaining the larger Draisaitl to keep some size down the middle. not sure if Nashville would pull the trigger on that one, I tried to retain salary on Shultz but it wouldn't let me. Pretend we retained say... $1,200,000. Plenty of salary left over for future contracts. End result definately lowered the offensive side of things but, beefed up the back end and added a few veterans for all the young kids. Let me know what ya think!

you do realize McDavid can't sign for anything over $925,000 since he has to be on an entry level deal right? or well...at least he won't sign for over 3.5 Mil.

McDavid wont have a cap hit 3.75 it can only be 925k he can have a salary that high with bonuses but not a cap hit.

Bonuses still count towards cap hit if I'm not mistaken.

No thats why give the players signing bonuses and performance bonuses so they can make more but keep the cap hit low. Look at shea weber or toews and kane contracts
