During FA the Hawks signed two veteran d-men, there is no need to take on more especially if they are being asked to pay for them.

Yup, I get it a lot of people choose Chicago as a reflex since they have had so much cap space the last couple of seasons but with all their FA signings that is no longer the case. Anaheim and Montreal should be the automatic dumping grounds now.
