Not going anywhere near Broberg unless it is for free. That is not NHL material

That’s a fair trade offer for Broberg but he has emerged into a top 4 dman for the oilers so he isn’t available right now

1. He was good in playoffs
2. Not a big return besides the pick and Fortescue
3. Oilers don't have cap space to resign him
4. He's better than pretty much everyone available on market and should be primed to get better

Oilers have like 1 million to resign a handful of RFAs....I saw this as two top teams helping each other out.

Nobody going to take Kane or Ceci easily

Oilers will resign both Broberg and Holloway. Oilers are not letting borberg go he will play top 4 mins this year.

Kane will start on LTIR which will give them more than enough room to fit both RFA players.

They will need to move either KAne which is un likely but can package mcleod since Henrique took his spot anyways. and Ceci. which they will find away to do. last resort is every depth player they have signed can be sent to the A with to get rid of cap hit.

Multi-positional depth, upside, youth and a 1st for an expiring deal and a reserve list player that doesn't want to sign in Wpeg........crazier things have happened.

Lol. Winnipeg would be better off just hanging onto him and taking the 2nd in 2 years.

LTIR is easy as he is dealing with a hip injury and still may be getting surgery that could potentially have him done for the year.

Mcloed will be easy to unload.
only harder one is ceci which I still dont think will tough.

Be harder to find a player to replace broberg to play top 4 vs those other moves.

You can list your reasons I still don't see him as an nhl defenseman

Trouba even with retention isn't returning that lol.

Not even mentioning that a Trouba trade is DOA until next summer at this point.

The Jets have more than enough forward depth and LHD depth. They need quality top 6 players and Nikolaj Ehlers is just that, so they keep him.
