we arent paying to get rid of kane. if a team wants him then great but 0 reason this late after all the top guys got taken to pay a team for a middle6 physical winger who gets 40 points a year. ellers for kane id be open too but def not giving a 2nd and 4th for that

you will be hard pressed to even find anyone to take Kane.
If you do manage to find someone and they say their is a price.... you should take it.

he will easily fill 3wing mins for us and with any injurys he can fill top6. he has 2 years left and is a 40-50 point power forward. were not paying someone to take him. there will be a team that calls about getting him and if not its fine. we are going to dump Ceci with a 4th or something and be under the cap so it doesnt really matter. the idea that a 5m winger who is only slightly overpaid and plays the exact type of hockey u want for the playoffs and if not for an injury in the playoffs would have a decent value, that we would have to pay anything to move him is laughable
