Avs can't really afford to add Kampf as an overpaid 4C so unless there is some retention (which TOR can't afford so would have to be a third team) then the Avs decline.

You dont seem to understand that Kampf is a key piece to any cup run and is a bargin at any price. that is why Toronto has been sifting though all the offers for him and has decided to make Colorado this speical offer

Marner for Karlsson and Theodore (is possible). Marner is an elite talent in his prime.
Tavares with retention and a 1st (no way). Tavares turns 34 in September and is starting to decline. Tavares at 50% retention for Karlsson alone would be closer.
The real question is whether Pajamas would waive to leave TO.
