Description
Devils go into the year with some cap room still to make an adjustment in bottom six at forward, but I think the D is pretty good. May just add veterans at the deadline.

Might get a PTO option for 3LW

Additional Details:
Cuts a bunch of salary for EDM and gives them a defenseman I actually liked in his run with NJ with Hatakka, but I know they can't run three kids like they had. Foote can be a nice complimentary 3rd line guy. I figure EDM would rather cheap young players over picks. If Foote can stay healthy, he can do some decent work.

So, I've seen and heard those rumors about Pesce and NJ. I've heard that Pesce apparently can play both sides on defense. If that's true, why not keep Marino. Try something like this on defense next year.

I don't think Kulak would cost that much. Other than that, pretty solid

Not sure EDM is interested in trading Kulak, his play exceeds his cap hit for sure. We’re either working on a trade or buying Campbell out and somebody will take Ceci for next to nothing and flip him for a mid round pick at the deadline. Possibly Kane trade too, so I think it’s more like than not we hang onto Kulak.

Unfortunately that's not happening. Now the rumor is NJ is in on Pesce ( which we know ) and Brendan Dillon from Winnipeg. If we get both those guys that adds much needed size to the lineup.
