In this draft, I don't think moving from 18 to 13 is worth giving up 34. I would rather stick with those picks.

I think it very much depends on who’s available. If we take Demidov at #2 and Parekh is still there, I’d make this move. There are about 13 total players I’d absolutely love to be there at #18 (including Celibrini, Demidov, Levshunov, others who clearly won’t drop that far) but not all of those prospects are equal either, and if a top 8 prospect falls to 13 I think it would be worth it. This is the sort of deal that shouldn’t be made before draft day though.

Sure. On the draft floor if someone is there that you really want, go get him. But, I don't think it is worth it at face value, and I don't think anyone who is worth moving up for will be there at 13.
