The Hawks would definitely accept the picks trade. I tbh j that take Jarnkrok for free, although we’ve got enough bottom six pieces now it doesn’t really make sense to pay for him, and I think Kampf would take a 2nd with a 3rd going back at minimum to dump.

i see kamph costing a 4th. if mikheyev cost a second... jarnkrok isnt negative value imo

Mikheyev is a better player and Kampf has almost as much salary remaining as Mikheyev does after retention. It's going to cost more than a 4th to move Kampf.

Jarnkok might not have negative value, but he’s just not a great fit on the Hawks. After last season he’s definitely a bottom six forward with some upside, but the Hawks already have more than six bottom six forwards. We’re not the right team to pay for him.

If there is a player the Hawks really like on the board at #23, they make the pick swap deal.
