I like Norris , he is a very effective top 6 forward when he is in the lineup. Problem is he is not in the lineup enough. 4 full seasons should give him 328 games under his belt. He only has 180 games played. He is making just a hair shy of 8 mil. That is a lot of salary for a guy thus far into his career that is injury prone.

I wouldn't pay anything for Norris, honestly. I wouldn't want to put CHI in a situation where they have a player taking up that much cap space who is on and off LTIR constantly. It's likely going to cost OTT to move his contract unless they wait a couple years and he stays healthy.

Edit: Also, this time next year, he will no longer be eligible for the U26 buyout, which makes it an even bigger problem.
