Necas plus KK doesn’t get Andersson. If we do trade him it’ll be for picks and prospects. IMO the Kadri contract isn’t too bad rn, it’s just too long. His veteran leadership is valuable to the young guys.

Canes would do that. Would rather have done that before extending chatty but will figure it out and play chatty on his off side for a season.

Burns and Freddie are both getting way too much blame for a couple rough games. I’m still upset about it, particularly Freddie’s third against rags game 6 - but I don’t think it’s rational to make them cast offs.

Freddy is a great backup who can split some time in net to shield Kooch from too much and then take on true backup role in playoffs next year. Burns is getting older but still a very good player. Just need to monitor his minutes and deploy matchups a bit differently.
