Mantha either does a 1yr deal to really pump his value next summer OR asks for much more for 3yr deal that would take him to age 32 and less likely to cash in on a 5yr deal

I dont know if Mantha gets a ton of offers, and his health would be a serious concern on a 1yr deal. If he believes he's really healthy he absolutely goes for a 1yr deal but if not he goes for a 2-3yr deal so he can try and squeeze in another season of value before he needs another deal. IMO if he signs a 1yr this year and then gets hurt and puts up less than 40pts, his next deal starts with a 1 or a 2.

Mantha is not the move, rather trade or go after Dillon if your gonna give martinez that much, There loads of physical big dude in FA so Mantha is waste of Cap space
