Pinto has VASTLY more value than ullmark and OTT is not trading Pinto.

I misinterpret the trade. My Bad.

So you want to trade Ullmark. And give up your #1. For Pinto? You have no draft picks. Are you just going to sit this drat out?

You’re still reading it wrong. Boston gets pinto and Boston pick which is #25 in the draft you get Ullmark and lauko. Also this isn’t me. All the reports say this trade is all but done. Just don’t know if it’s Chychrun or pinto yet. Ullmark has waived his NTC and will sign a 5x7mil extension

Ok. So I believe now, without checking. Boston is getting a pick back they originally had?

Ullmark nixed a trade to Toronto. I'm not sure these reports are correct. I think with the 2 goalie trades 3 days ago, this would already be done.

I don't think Ullmark wants to go to Canada.

I can understand not wanting to go to the Leafs as a Bruin. He'd hate playing against Boston. But in Ottawa, he'd be ok with playing against the Bruins.

Plus the Leafs are strapped on the Cap. Ottawa has Money. I'm not sure you get Pitno in the deal and a #1. To me, there are kinks to work out.

Bruins and Toronto are rivals. Wouldn’t trade a top goalie to a rival. Ottawa is simply a team in the division right now. They still have little brother status

I don’t believe Ottawa trades Pinto to Boston unless last year poisoned the well with Ottawa where they don’t want to give him an extension. Even if they did, I doubt we’d be getting our first round pick back.

Personally, I see it being a prospect and the 25th pick for Ullmark.

Maybe the prospect gets removed and Forsberg gets added for Chychrun to come to Boston on a one year basis.

Curious to see where this lands, because I do believe Sweeney keeping him is a viable option.

Reports confirmed Pinto is off the table, Sweeney wants him but OTT won't move him

If a team steps up and pays, I believe Sweeney will trade him.

I do believe this Ottawa deal has more than smoke right now
