Flyers traded Sean Walker for a first at the deadline. Why would they trade a first for one year of JC. Does not make any sense.

I would assume, if this is the deal, the reason its not done is because of extension talks

Chychrun is undervalued by media and fan base but GMs have their own value system

Philly has cap space issues next year, so I wonder if they can make it work, but Chychrun for 12OA is pretty much right on point. Won't at all be shocked if the deal looks a lot like this.

12th overall will not be moved for a rental. Only Ottawa has been dumb enough to throw away picks that high so far for short term thinking
