I might be crazy for this but this doesn't seem like a terrible return of ullmark. I think you're lowballing the free agents though. swayman is looking for 8-8.5 million and lindholm is in the range of 6.5-7.5 million allegedly, he said no to similar deals from vancouver and calgary which makes me think he wants out of a canadian market. Arvidsson's best years are behind him imo, if you dont sign him you could add about 2 million to both swayman and lindholm and that gets you fairly close if not right on what they're looking for.

I'd also swap Marchand and Zacha's places and Lindholm and Coyle's places for better scoring depth. I'd also take off bychkov from that trade, he's barely doing anything the KHL's version of the AHL so he's just kind of a guy also with that 1.8 million you could find an upgrade on wotherspoon probably. Also move lohrei to the top pair with mcavoy.
