Lou takes that deal and runs with it. He'll find a replacement.

Robertson won't sign 3x900k. He'll require a minimum of 1.25-1.5 for 3 years.

Stamkos at 4.5 million? He’ll get way more than that and I don’t think he’ll leave that much money to sign with the leafs

Simple calculation by Robertson's Agent.

Goals scored in NHL devided by total cap = x amount per goal. 8168 goals scored in league, total cap for the league was 2.7 billion.
That is almost $330k per goal.

Robertson scored 14... 14 x 330 = 4.6 mil. That will be the their negotiation standpoint that he won't sign for below 1.25 for anything longer than 2 years

Based on that math almost no players should be making < $1.5m unless it’s your rookie deal yet they do.
