this is an extremely light Package for Necas, you'd probably need to add a late 1st round pick to start the conversation.

This will be true if Carolina is forced to take a sell package.

Something tells me they won't... and someone will just give them a guy worthy of a 1 for 1

I'm under the impression that Carolina is trading for picks and prospects, because they don't have the cap space to recieve an equivalent NHL talent with salary. However, that isn't based on any intel, just what I think they should do.
