None of those Detroit players does anything for me. The only benefit that we're getting there is shortening the term on our #1 goalie from three seasons to one. I would pass.

I wouldn't give Isac Lundestrom a penny more than his Qualifying Offer ($1.8 million). He's still got an upside but he's expensive even at the lower figure.

Wings do this and possibly would even add another 4/5th or mid level prospect if asked

I wouldn't do it from a Detroit perspective.

Gibson doesn't have much value at this point, ducks are taking on Fabbri and Husso for 1 year then they are gone. Ducks are a lottery team again in 2025 anyway and have plenty of cap space. Veleno is a serviceable 4th line center which the ducks dont have other wise and they are getting a second rounder in 25 which they dont have.

If he doesn’t have much value, then way are you trading for him?

Fabbri is the sticking point here. Anaheim has absolutely no use for him and he's a negative asset at 4M.

Gibson/late pick for Husso/Veleno/2nd is a possibility, though.
