Who would they pick instead? The #1 rule of drafting is to take BPA, they aren't going to significantly worse prospect in like Parekh just to specifically grab a right handed D.

If handeness doesn’t matter, than why does no one consider Silayev for Anaheim. He plays RD but he is a lefty.
