So why does Vegas take on another 5.7m in cap?? Vegas keeps Theodore and the 5.7m allows them to sign one of own UFAs.

Yes because Vegas is a team that’s well known for patience and not making big daring moves right?

Put the one dimensional Rielly on the 2nd pairing where he belongs. No d-zone faceoffs and 2nd PP duties. 7.5M what an overpay for a guy who can't PK, clear the front of the net, standup at the blue, make a big hit, low d-zone IQ and below average winning puck battles.

Vegas is known for making good moves, and this isn't one. I consider these types of posts rather meaningless. So if the trade is legit, the Vegas roster has to be posted becausae they are the ones taking on 5.7m in cap. Let see how it works for them.
