I don't know enough about McClellan. Berube and Woodcroft sound okay. Sullivan sounds like the best fit.

Really hard to have strong opinions.

Overall, I'd like a younger coach, a guy who is ready to make that next step, is ready for prime-time, has some ties to NJ...and the one name I keep coming up with is Jay Leach.
