I think Patrick Roy would like the NYI trade, he went with Varlamov over Sorokin in the playoffs and he would gain a good young center

I think all Isles fans are not opposed to moving Sorokin if the return is enormous. This isn't enormous. Have to add at least a 1st and a prospect with this.

Sorokin had 1 subpar year. He is a top 5 goalie, not giving him up unless we are blown away. This isn't that.

If Staios made that Dubois trade I would immediately lose all confidence I have in him. I don't want Dubois anywhere near this team and especially not with that contract
