You're about $250k short on Swayman. Don't see Lindholm or DeBrusk signing for that little.

If Lindholm signs for 5 years, my guess is it’s closer to 8.5m. At close to 7M, I’d anticipate it would be closer to a 7 year deal.

Curious to see how they handle DeBrusk if they trade Ullmark at the draft.

I wouldn't say that. If a few of the younger guys make the jump from the AHL (Lysell / Merkulov) then it saves the Bruins cap space. Even with a Swayman extension and say Elias Lindholm signing, they could still keep Ullmark on the roster.

0.00% chance

just keep digging. are you the kind to come back and try to dunk if he actually does get moved?

to say their is a 0% chance is near criminal levels of stupidity.

It would be incredibly stupid to keep him. He wants to be a starter. Bruins have their starter. Trade him for assets. Maybe you don’t understand how this works.

maybe you don't understand what a no trade clause is. Ullmark had an opportunity to be a starter and declined. It would be really easy for him to make sure he sticks in boston with that no trade protection.

And again, I think they move him. it's the 0% thing that is just so preposterously stupid.

Sweeney tried moving him at the deadline so I’d imagine they absolutely trade him when there are more teams looking to upgrade the goalie position at the draft. His NTC shrinks as to how many teams he can decline a trade to. His 5 million will be used to upgrade at center. So yes, there is 0.00% chance he’s here to start the season.
