COL isn’t trading for Kampf period. They aren’t trading for a bottom 6 guy making that much money when they have a cap crunch and instead of trading for someone like Kampf they could just sign Trenin.

While Kampf isn't a bad player, his value is going to be heavily dependant on the team acquiring him. Given Colorado's current cap situation, they don't make any real sense.

He's not untradeable but he won't be particularity easy to move. I say why not keep him unless you're in complete dire straights when in comes to cap flexibility (which the Leafs shouldn't this offseason).
