No... why would you think that? He had a down year, but his contract is fine. He had 40 points last year, but struggled this year. This was his first season at a sub 30 point pace, and it was his first real year with defensive struggles. KK will be fine in Carolina, and anyone that watches the Canes consistently knows that. The issue he has is that he's the perfect 3C, but they just signed Jordan Staal for another 4 years because.... reasons I think?
