I'd rather move Perbix in this scenario and move Serg to the right, then use the extra space on a better F than Noesen, but if they did roll with this, Perbix should be on a very short leash. He was pretty terrible this past season, so if it'wasnt just a sophomore slump, he needs to be out of the lineup, quickly..

Tampa needs defensive help but, the right side is the main problem. Hague would be a good fit if he was right handed.
