If the Leafs don't resign Marner it's because they want cap space to fill need(s). Sorokin and his new eight contract doesn't fit the Leafs needs....or maybe any team.

Marner waiving only to sign $10.5M x 6 is amongst the least likely things I’ve seen on this site…which tells you how unlikely that is 🤦🏻

Isles are not moving Sorokin....especially for Cry baby Marner who has 1 yr left on deal...No way he takes a deal at 10.5M....that's less than what he's making now.
