I don’t see why the Avs would trade a top 4 dman and top 6 winger that both have term at pretty solid cap hits for an overpaid bottom 6C and futures. Doesn’t make sense for a cup contending team

That’s ridiculous. Dvorak has zero value his cap hit is basically the same as Lehkonen, he isn’t as good, and he is hurt. Girard is a locked up top 4 puck moving dman.

Easiest no for the Avs. Dvorak has little value if not negative. 1st & 2nd for Girard. Beck for Lehkonen. Would you do that? I think not. Whilst the Avs may have to trade someone for pure futures due to the cap situation they won't be trading BOTH of those guys and definitely not for that package.
