I think you play Matthews in a protected role if he's able to come back... give him 3rd line roles and responsibilities...

That way, you can up his role if needed but also gets him back into the mix of things

Depends how Matthews' health is imo. Is a Matthews at 25% really worth playing over Connor Dewar or whoever the Leafs would take out? Is a Matthews at 25% worth playing with the risk of aggravating whatever he has?

Even if he was 80 percent man it's tricky as him being out has really motivated this team to push hard

The PP still sucks but their starting on time and everyone has stepped up big time

But yea game 7 is a big wildcard of lul

So him being or not being there may not matter

But if they play like they did game 5 and 6 they will win
