First part true. Much rather Debrusk at half the cost. Though if I had to bet I’d bet he walks.

2nd part is not true as there will not be a an Ullmark for Marner trade of any kind.

Boston declines this deal. As much as I like Marner, his contract and future contract makes him less attractive. You get Ullmark and the cap space to sign a top fa defenseman plus Poitras. No thanks
