More than that. The Wild want quality - a player that can help them right away or a top prospect. This offer has quantity - a lot of stuff that more likely than not never makes any impact.

Not sure why MIN would trade him right now. He had a decent season, but has a high ceiling. At this point they wouldn't get a top end top 6 talent for him, and a high prospect sets them back. I say let him develop in their top 6. Hopefully he and Boldy can grow a connection and put up a ton of points in the future.

My thoughts exactly. But apparently, the front office wants him gone. I don't know why...

I hadn't heard that. BUF would be a good partner. THey have several young high end F (nHL or close to NHL ready) that they could deal to shore up the C position. (THough I do expect Cozens to rebound from an off year at to keep the 2C role, and I don't think Rossi is effective outside the top 6)

Please don't; that's way more than PIT would part with as is. Rossi is not someone PIT would move their 1st for at this point
