Rutherford would sign that Sheary offer sheet in his sleep and when Trouba doesn't get dealt, he will fire back with offer sheet on Trouba or will try to sign Laine to an offer sheet if he gets that far.

Edit: Remembered that Sheary can't sign offer sheets cause he is going to arbitration. And you call yourself "The Next GM"
