That’s not even close to enough to dump Anderson, let alone acquire Holtz as well

not mine

now imagine how good hishier would be if he feared no man, ever.

in montreal, we call it the xhekaj effect.

the sherrif makes everyone around him better . and taller.

You sure about that? I like the guy, but I am not sure why he is on a pedestal with Montreal fans.

Its not surprising considering most montreal fans live in a fantasy world

Good luck with all that

That conversation goes something like this
GMKH: Tom got a trade for you says above.
GMRF:Kent have you gone on a six month cocaine binge?

Change the 3rd into Florian and give us the brothers and it'll be a yes for me.

I'm sure fans would hate it on both sides... but they would deservedly hate it on Montreal's side, and undeservedly hate it on NJ's side until about game 40 of next season when this team plays to their identity again.

If we needed Anderson's cap space, that might make some sense. But given that we don't, that Anderson's value can only go up (there's really no more room below), and that we value the Xhekaj's more than anyone else in the league, this trade would be plain horrible

I dont know why NJ fans thing that Holtz is all that and a slice of bread... 33 points in 104 games and a minus 24 career.... the guy has never put up any sort of decent offensive numbers... so lets trade a career third liner for a tough physical defenceman who has some offensive upside.... Wi-Fi could fetch a first on his own alone..... Hard pass by the Habs
