Making Offseason Changes

Description
I know Keller is gonna cost a lot so I blindly threw in picks and players lol. Realistically what is he worth given Arizona doesn't want to pay players, they are in flux as a franchise, but already have a ton of draft capital. Just feel like a playmaking Center/winger in the Keller-age range is EXACTLY what GMBM is looking for....

I would love Keller in Washington, but unless he demands a trade there is no way Arizona trading their best player.

I'd argue an elite defensive shutdown 4C is exactly what the Rangers need, especially in this win-now mode where your top 2 C's are locked in. Lavi loved him in WSH and at 1.3M/expiring deal he's a perfect fit. Sure the price may not be a 1st (Seravalli hinted that teams were dangling a first for him) but a 2nd+ for this is more than reasonable.

have to be 1C or top pair under contract and around 23-28 age range, AZ has zero reason to trade best and most popular player except to fill a roster hole (1C or 1/2D)

The days of a 1st are long gone and obviously did not happen. You'd get a 2nd, maybe, from some other team

I mean they shutout Carolina and allowed 1 goal in the last 3 games….I think they’re fine

This trade deadline is past. Next season they have to figure out if Chytil can play again and a lot will depend on that answer. They also then have Roslovic and Wennberg as options if Chytil is still out on LTIR, and they have Goodrow, Brodzinski, Edstom and Rempe who call all play 4C. No need for another and definitely not at the cost of a 2nd round pick or higher. Dowd may be worth a 2nd to some team, but not the Rangers.
