Why would KK sit? KK 3C, Staal 4C, Drury 4LW, WHY IS SLAVIN ON THE 3RD PAIRING?

KK needs to step his game up and actually fight for his spot. He's been bad both ends of the ice this season. I would try a game or two with him out of the lineup and see how it fares.

KK's been excellent in all 3 zones. He needs a vote of confidence to get the puck going in, not to be sat in the press box. Martinook or Fast, or even Staal himself would need to come out first

I'm more than willing to continue this song and dance every time you try and convince me he's been "excellent", he hasn't.

4.8m to be relegated to the 4th line and getting outperformed by Drury, Noesen, and Martinook. His EV DF% is in the gutter and he can't produce offensively to save his life.

He's not getting ourperformed by any of Drury, Noesen or Martinook. His ES xGF% is still among the better on the roster, he's a dominant player. Really shows how much trust he's got from management that they keep him in the lineup as opposed to doing something dumb like shoving him in the pressbox. You want to be wrong about this every time, that's your business, but you're still wrong every time

Wrong about what? Cool, you can point out an EXTREMELY cherry picked xGF% but what really hasn't changed is all 21 points he has this season, bad defensive analytics, and playing like 9-12 minutes a night.
