Start at the 2024 2nd for Carrier. Add more for retention, add again for taking cap back.

Not sure why Oilers need to blow the price set by Vegas out of the water.

Henrique (50%) = Mantha (50%) = 2nd + 4th

Carrick = 4th or 5th

Package should be 2nd + 3rd or 2nd + two 4ths
