The pick would certainly have protections on it. NJD isn’t going to trade that pick unprotected, no team would

If the first 4 trades go through, no need for the fifth! I doubt SJ wants to retain again, anyway!
I wouldn’t want to lose Lysell yet. Calgary will probably want Lohrei.

If I'm fitzy it's gotta be top 16 protected tbh. If whoever we're acquiring isn't good enough to make the playoffs with, clearly not worth a 1st, at least not this years.

I keep getting told be these fanbases with goalies that they GUARANTEE that these goalies would take us to the playoffs. Back it up. Make it like the kings pick in the Korpi/Gavirkov trade
