No chance buffalo accepts that.

I feel like most fan (at least on this website) know how good JJP is.....idk how "under the rader" he is. I also doubt that late first is enough to get him.

JJ the jet plane ain't going anywhere

No rush to move guys out and JJP has already proven himself to be a contributor at the NHL level. And when/if they do want to create some space with the logjam it doesn't mean they will trade guys for soft returns.

No one because Adams doesn’t make any moves, but Jj obviously isn’t getting traded.

Not possibly the best one of all of them and not for a late first. Guys pacing upper 20s on goals and assists in their second year in the NHL are rarely moved, and would require an overpay. This ain’t it.

Who’s moving out then?
As stated by many above it will not be JJ the jet plane.
A late first is often the return for an aging UFA who often will have less value then JJ the jet plane.
Let me use a recently traded young star to illustrate how weak of an offer this is as Mr. Plane has a ELC for another year which greatly increases his value.
Two year ago Dach was traded for the 13th and 66th OA.
At the time of the trade Dach played in 152 games and scored 19 goals.
As I write this JJ the jet plane has played in 137 games and scored 31 goals.
While to even the untrained eye it should be obvious the Mr. Plane has significantly more value than Kirby, to at least equal the value that Chicago received for Kirby, it would take the Oilers 2024 first and second as well as their 2025 first.
Even if by some chance that was offered Buffalo would still say no.
