no way AZ is giving 2 x 2nd for a 6/7 D, they are dime a dozen at UFA, and AZ has lots of D prospects close to NHL ready

He would be a 2nd pairing LD on the Yotes. He slots in behind Matheson and Guhle most nights, and the Habs have a plethora of LD, so they have been rotating them in and out.

Arizona has a slew of unisgned prospects within their system. Some may be able to make the leap, others need a little more time to cook. They have 20 picks in rounds 1-3 over the next 3 drafts, they will need to convert some of those picks and/or prospects into roster players. They have the young talent to start competing, and most of their contact spots will be taken up within a couple years.
Maybe they bundle a bunch of them higher end talent to a team starting a rebuild. Maybe I will make another trade on here for for the Yotes to grow and use up some picks

If that’s all it took to get lundell we’d just cut Montreal out and go get him ourselves. Couple 2nds will get us a late 1st, still have further 2nds to give to Florida. No need to waste anything on Harris.

Caps #2 could be top 40. No way the Habs are getting that for Harris.
