Mock pick wise, Montreal will be looking to take the best forward available, If Helenius is on the board I imagine Montreal takes him.

Montreal already has loads of young forwards on the roster and Roy and Farrell knocking on the door. I don’t really feel like Habs have that game changing dman yet

If Devils made finals, that pick would belong to San Jose (per Meier trade condition)

That Florida pick belongs to Philly, so it'd be them picking @ 22.

Even though I like Chernyshov and think he'd be a great fit on the opposite flank of Michkov, I don't think the Flyers could justify taking a winger with their top pick unless a guy fell into their laps that they absolutely can't say know to (looking at you, Ivan Demidov). Assuming the 11 guys before then were all picked, I think they go Parekh, Lindstrom, or even Connelly at 12

agreed, but he was more focused on the order the players would go, not who the teams would pick. There is a huge component in the draft being what team is picking but that is not accounted for
