This team shouldn't even think about that trade, stay the course, this young team is building into some special. They just need the ownership/stadium business side of everything to get in order and they could really surprise teams in the next 3 years.

Not enough guarantees those two stick around to give up that much, slow and steady, if the cap doesn’t jump a bunch, those seconds are going to be gold going forward. Those two are definitely big needs, but cap space and picks will be able to find a better spot and more security they will stick around more than a year, without massive term or caphit. Can’t get into overpaying business.

Coyotes headed for the wildcard

I doubt it's top-5. Arizona, with Cooley, actually doesn't have a horrific top-6. Think it's close to 10-11OA.

They won't be around if the continue with the perpetual rebuild. They are 3 years from a stadium at best, and at risk of maxing out their reserve list (79/90) within 2 years.
