I just think we’ve tried the JT with Willy thing and it just doesn’t work. Matthews and Marner can (& should based on their aav) drive their own lines. Each has really good complimentary pieces as well. One of the better top 6’s in the league imo (top 3?).

What I saw from Friedman is that IF he is injured they probably can’t hit him out not that he is injured
