Was this a good signing?

Everyone says TOR needs a tough guy... Leafs get a tough guy... "WORST SIGNING EVER" give me a break

Dawg you signed him for 3 years lmao when you couldve saved that money for your goalie Samsonov who had a breakout season and just filed for arbitration when you also used up all your cap and LTIR,
Also dont get why you signed kamph for 4 years too you couldve signed him for way less or let him go and found a cheaper option like Sprong or used up that cap for Samsonov

beating Minny's offer is a dumb excuse lmao when you signed bertuzzi and domi who are on less term, expensive but less term, but offer way more to the table and grit than reaves does.
again you could've just easily not signed him or not signed kamph for that much (or replace him with Holmberg or Sprong) and save money for Samsonov while trading Murray away in a cap dump

This contract was laughable at the time, now it’s straight up memeable

Not going to look bad at all. Leafs can bury him with Marlies and the it won't affect the cap at all

I mean, just look at my name. I like whenever my team signs an enforcer. Although his age worries me a bit. I'd rather someone like Ross Johnston, who's rotting with the Islanders.

Boy, THIS was prescient!!
